|During the Mamme in Movimento training program expecting mothers learn the exercises and movements which tend to prevent, relieve from and eliminate back pain.|
|AT HOME – by yourself|
|MM exercises are easy to remember and can be done alone at home to resolve small back pains. The same exercises are very useful even AFTER delivery, any time your back needs them.
|INDIVIDUAL LESSON – with the coach|
|If the pain is intense and persisting we suggest individual treatment based on the Feldenkrais method. The coach will be able to develop a more focused treatment of the back of the expecting mother.|
