Is the EUTONIA practice any good to prepare for the delivery during pregnancy?

|Eutonia is a less known practice of Yoga and Pilates. Eutonia aims to reduce the muscolar tensions and find the “correct balance, toning”.|
|The exercises of Eutonia|
|Eutonia is a gentle gymnastics and Eutonia’s exercises can be practice by anyone. The principal scope of Eutonia is to improve the body’s personal knowledge through a contact with the ground and small objects such as the “famous” tennis ball.|
|THE COACH’S ADVISE|
| NONE OF THE EUTONIA’S EXERCISES CAN BE A GOOD TRAINING FOR DELIVERY
Even though some of the exercises help to improve body’s awareness they cannot provide any effective support for delivery.
Even the use of tennis ball is not recommended for expecting mothers.
