What is the Feldenkrais method?
The FELDENKRAIS method takes its name from the person who developed this practice. Supported by extensive scientific studies and evidence, the Feldenkrais’ practice aims to improve body awerness, loose muscolar tensions and pain, and improve the posture.
The exercises
Feldenkrais’ practice consists of easy and useful exercises very respectful of anyone motion skills. Strain and pain are excluded. Feldenkrais enjoys the pleasure of the movements.

 SOME OF THE FELDENKRAIS’ EXERCISES CAN BE DONE DURING PREGNANCY 

Feldenkrais is one of the most recommended activities for expecting mothers, even though it is a generic activity not specifically suited for delivery.
