Is Pilates recommended during pregnancy in order to prepare for delivery?

|Pilates is a recent and widespread physical training finalized to improve the body muscles’ toning. Because of this, Pilates is very similar to postural training.|
|Pilates’ exercises are very challenging and difficult to practice during pregnancy unless specific reasons suggest to maintain a certain physical shape.|

|NONE OF THE PILATES EXERCISES ARE SUITABLE
FOR TRAINING THE WOMAN’S BODY FOR THE DELIVERY
Even though Pilates can be exercises with different degrees of intensity, Pilates does not help natural delivery. In some cases Pilates may render natural delivery even more difficult to achieve.
