RELAX and AQUATICS

Are RELAXING ACTIVITIES and/or AQUATICS any good to prepare for delivery during pregnancy?

 

What are Relaxing activities and/or Aquatics?
 Relaxing activities and/or Aquatics are physical activities which aim to improve the psychophysical well being during pregnancy.
The exercises
 Exercises are very gentle. Sometimes, they consist in simple visualizations while being still. They can help rest and relax. The use of a coach is suggested. 
THE COACH’S ADVICE
SOME RELAXING ACTIVITIES AND AQUATICS CAN BE DONE DURING PREGNANCY

They are within the most recommended activities for expecting mothers, although these are generic activities not studied to help natural delivery.
